Emily and I visited my parents in North Carolina for 2 weeks and Richard joined us for part of this time. We enjoyed staying in their beautiful new log home on Roanoke Rapids Lake and got to see some of the surrounding countryside. During our visit we did day trips to Raleigh and Kitty Hawk.
